What is your mantra?

"Transformation of fear may have nothing to do with making fear go away, but rather with giving ourselves permission to "hang-out" in the transition... Hurtling through the void of uncertainty, we just may learn to fly."

Tell us 3-5 tech tools that you swear by that make life & work a little easier.

  • Snagit, I couldn't work without it.
  • Alfred App is amazing and has great shortcuts.
  • My newest obsession is Shortwave email with AI built in.

What's in your mug/glass/bottle during work hours?

Most often water, sometimes iced coffee or iced tea.

What's in your mug/glass/bottle after hours?

Same. But I do splurge on a classic Spanish drink called Tinto de Verano every once in a while.

Knowing what you do now, what advice would you give to your younger self?

Give far greater value to myself, my knowledge and the services I provide.
